Terms & Conditions – Corporate Booking

Payment
A 50% deposit amount is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit is non refundable at any point after payment. If you cancel your event with 14 or more days notice, you will be entitled to a full refund minus your deposit amount. If you cancel your party with 14 or less days notice you are not entitled to a refund. You are entitled to transfer the balance of your payment (minus the deposit) to another date. Full payment is due at least 4 weeks prior to your event.

Changes to event
If payment is based on number of participants: If additional guests wish to participate on the day, where possible, we will try to accomodate this. Additional payment can be cash only. We are not able to accept cards/cheques etc on the day. If you cancel places with 14 or less days notice you are not entitled to a refund. If you cancel places with 14 or more days notice, you will be entitled to a full refund minus the 50% deposit per person. If you wish to change any of the details of your event once payment has been made, we will do our best to accomodate this, but it may not always be possible and additional fees may be incurred.

Behaviour
We want you to enjoy yourselves as much as possible and understand the fact you have booked a fun event. However, Madame Peaches clients are expected to behave in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
You also agree to ensure that all members of the party act at all times in a safe responsible manner and comply with all safety procedures.

You must ensure you arrive on time for your event as failure to keep to the timetables may result in a shortened or cancelled event. Your group must obey all instructions given to you by your teacher and dress appropriately for your activities and observe all safety instructions given by the teacher. You must also agree to use equipment as instructed. You must not tamper with or abuse it.

Madame Peaches teachers reserve the right not to teach a class whereby it is deemed that some of the participants are unfit to take part in an activity of a physical nature due to excess consumption of alcohol or other such substances and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any costs that may be incurred by you.

You also agree to compensate our contractors or us for any damage or loss of revenue caused by you in the course of an event. This will include any intentional damage or damage arising from unreasonable behaviour to suppliers’ equipment, machinery, furnishings (including hotels) and public areas within the facilities used by you. The management of our suppliers have the right to refuse ongoing services or entry to their premises to any individual whose behaviour is in their sole opinion inappropriate.

Your safety is paramount to us and as such, you will be required to complete a short medical questionnaire and disclaimer at the start of your party/class.

Age Madame Peaches minimum age for participants is 16, however, as many of our events take place in premises that have a minimum age requirement of 18, you will need to speak to us about this at the time of booking to ensure we can secure a suitable venue.

Complaints
If a complaint arises about your session you must in the first instance bring this to your teachers attention. If you fail to mention any such incidents or issues we will not consider ourselves to be liable for those complaints. All concerns must be forwarded in writing to us within 7 days after your event. We will acknowledge receipt of your correspondence and we will respond to all complaints in written format within 28
