Private lessons: Want to speed up your learning? Work on moves you’re finding tricky? 1 hour - 1 person = £35, 2 people = £22.50pp, 3 people = £18.50pp 30mins – 1 person = £20, 2 people = £15pp, 3 people = £11pp

Madame Peaches pole fitness classes are fun and relaxed – no one is going to force you to shin up a pole and flip over whilst doing a shimmy – promise!
At the beginners classes we will work on strength and flexibility and learn different moves each week including spins, climbs, hangs, getting upside down and lots of sexy moves to link all your new tricks! There will be plenty of time to practice and work on new moves. When you and your teacher feel you are ready, (probably once you are happily hanging upside down) you may wish to progress to the intermediate class on Tuesday where you can get to grips with some more challenging moves. We offer expert guidance, a sense of humour – and lots of patience!
Things you need to know…..
- Wear gym gear, bring shorts. (The shorter the better, but the most important thing is to be comfortable)
- Tea/coffee etc available for 30p in the pot.
- Don’t wear any body lotion or hand cream.
- Bracelets, watches and rings should be removed.
- Pole is not suitable for pregnant ladies
- Late comers may not be admitted to class
